1. Overview
Opticora helps you manage Amazon Sponsored Products advertising. This policy explains what data the App uses, who receives it, how it is protected, and your choices.
2. Data We Use
With your permission, the App reads your Amazon Advertising data: advertising profiles, campaigns, keywords, search terms, ASINs and performance metrics such as spend, sales, clicks and bids. It uses this data to analyze performance, propose changes, apply the changes you allow, and show you what changed.
We never see or store your Amazon password, and the App does not access Seller Central, customer, order or payment information.
3. Amazon Sign-In
You sign in on Amazon's own Login with Amazon page. To complete sign-in and keep you signed in, the App exchanges Amazon's authorization through the Opticora server. Your Amazon tokens pass through that server, but it does not store them.
4. Who Receives Data
- Amazon Advertising, to read your data and make the changes you allow.
- Cloudflare, which hosts the Opticora server. The server keeps device and account identifiers and your optimization history so your devices stay in sync.
- Anthropic (Claude), which receives search terms, ASINs and campaign names to generate AI keyword suggestions.
- Authorities, only when legally required.
We do not sell your data or use it for advertising. The App contains no analytics, crash-reporting or advertising SDKs and has no in-app purchases.
5. Security
All network traffic is encrypted in transit. On your device, your Amazon credentials and seller data are encrypted at rest with keys protected by Android Keystore; a few low-sensitivity settings are not encrypted. Diagnostic reports are created only when you tap Export and leave your device only if you share them.
6. Retention and Deletion
Data on your device is deleted when you uninstall the App or clear its storage, and signing out removes your Amazon sign-in. Data on the Opticora server is kept until you ask us to delete it: use Settings › Request Data Deletion or email [email protected], and we will delete it within 30 days. You can also revoke Opticora's access in your Amazon account's Login with Amazon settings.
7. Children's Privacy
The App is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
8. Changes to This Policy
We will update this policy when the App's data handling changes; the date above shows the latest version. Material changes will be shown in the App.

We keep these messages as needed to handle inquiries and support records; you may request deletion by emailing our support address.
